Sweet Mermaids in Ketchikan

My drink was good and I appreciated the service.

Sweet Mermaids is phenomenal, the employees are always so sweet and the sandwiches are so good the coffee is always fresh and never burnt I truly love being in such a comfortable environment

Insufficient places to sit. Mediocre Americano. Too warm inside for comfort. Quick service. Tasty looking treats.

Great Pumpkin Spice Latte, love all their baked goods. The Barley Beef soup was fabulous!

Wonderful atmosphere and food. The bagle deli sandwich was great. The pastries we're very inviting. Kept myself to an oatmeal bar with chocolate chips and coconut that was delicious. Coffee is good as well. The staff is friendly and obviously enjoy what they are doing. The place is spacious but comfortable and cozy.

Best carrot cake/bread that I ever had--wasn't too sweet. Their coffee is also excellent!

Awesome place to grab a quick bite. Got the Lox Bagel through staff recommendation, even though I've never had lox. The salmon is excellent.

We stopped in for breakfast and they had the best food, service and smiles. We finally felt like we got a home cooked meal away from home. Make sure you stop in.

The scramble was amazing. I usually pick off most of what was on it. Tomato, onion I was pleasantly surprised!!!

We had the best dessert bar from their bakery and this was a very pleasant place to sit and relax

Friendly workers, lots of pastry choices. Unfortunately the coffee wasn’t very good, average at best. I tried a hot latte. Possibly if you enjoy a sweet coffee drink, you might find something you’d enjoy! But a good place to sit and catch up with a friend or a book. Some pretty cute mermaid themed gifts available here as well. WiFi however is $5. Major bummer for people traveling on a cruise ship, looking to connect with the rest of the world while in port.

This place was the highlight of my trip to Ketchikan. Its a cute little restaurant right downtown and had some of the best soup and sandwich combos i have ever experienced. A great staff who was always eager to help an old man like me and treated our entire party like kings. The mermaid decor is just icing on the cake! Go to this place!

Didn't get a chance to eat their hopped off the ship without eating breakfast to eat local but Google says they're open at 7 the door says 9 the door actually said 709

It was my first time eating mermaid! Fresh, caught right outside the shop! But really you have to order the Flat Mermaid! Delicious quesadilla stuffed with all the breakfast essentials! Can get a little busy with all the cruise ships stopping in town but worth the wait for breakfast!

Excellent service! Nice little coffee shop to visit if you're in town for the day like we were. The ladies were pleasant and our drinks came out in short order right before a little rush hit.

You know a place is going to be great when you walk in and everyone greets you. Fantastic food and smoothie. I would recommend to stop in and give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very good food and service!

Really disappointing now that under new ownership. Bagels were burnt, fresh fruit listed on menu was forgotten, and coffee was super weak. Very irritated that I don't $30 on such a terrible breakfast.

Love all the help, they work hard to serve the locals and then all cruise ship visitors.

Fun and friendly staff! They made us feel like neighbors and friends. The salted caramel bars and banana bars to die for! We will be coming back when we come to Ketchikan.

My husband had the lemon poppy seed scone and he said it was the best scone he's had. I had a cinnamon swirl muffin and spice chai latte. Fantastic.

Super friendly people who really care about the quality of the food they produce. The menu is awesome and items are always made fresh. The sweet treats are unbelievable. The baristas really know their stuff and make some of the best coffee in town. Locally owned and operated.

Always friendly, great food. My granddaughter loves the quesadillas and cake pops!

Decent food. Crowded if you aren't used to them. Went there when we went on excursion on our cruise.
